In Gemma’s own words:
During my Master’s I discovered a love for digital illustration. I use block shapes which I fill with bold colours and then overlay to produce a screenprint-like effect. I have been unconsiously drawn to the theme of empathy, whether that’s to oneself, to each other, or to the environment.https://gemwells.com/about/
